Refund & Return Policy

Foxglen Wellness Pty Ltd wants you to be satisfied with your Slim Coffee Booster purchase. This policy sets out your return and refund rights.

14-Day Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. This right applies regardless of your reason for return. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@neckthgreen.world within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return: the product must be in its original packaging; the seal must be intact and the product unused; you must provide proof of purchase (order reference or delivery confirmation).

Return Process

  1. Email hello@neckthgreen.world within 14 calendar days of delivery, quoting your order details.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address within 2 business days.
  3. Return the product in its original packaging at your expense (unless the product was faulty or incorrectly supplied).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

As Slim Coffee Booster orders are paid cash on delivery, refunds are processed via bank transfer to the account you nominate. We will contact you for bank details upon receiving your return request.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened, partially used or whose seal has been broken are not eligible for return unless they are faulty. Products that are damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return postage.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement for major failures, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
